Position Overview: Data Entry Specialist (Remote Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities

Database Management: Organize and maintain electronic files and records in our secure data management systems. Ensure proper indexing and easy retrieval of information when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
Basic knowledge of computer operations and software applications
Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)


Essential Skills

Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in data. A perfectionist mindset with a commitment to producing error-free work.
Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 35-45 words per minute with high accuracy. Familiarity with numeric keypad entry is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management capabilities.
