Key Responsibilities
Program Ownership: Lead cross‑functional, innovation‑focused programs that are technically complex and strategically important.
Feasibility & Effort Analysis: Conduct in‑depth feasibility studies and effort estimations for new features and design concepts, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary liaison for Product Development (PDP) leaders, translating early‑stage product ideas into concrete, actionable programs.
Collaboration with Product Managers: Partner closely with arenaflex product managers to align on roadmap priorities, provide proactive counsel throughout the product lifecycle, and champion the technical implementation of innovations.
Cross‑Team Coordination: Work hand‑in‑hand with Product Operations, Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to synchronize project plans, priorities, execution timelines, and release criteria.

Essential Qualifications
