Job Overview As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in our digital databases. Your primary duties will include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our data, and your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the quality of our database. Key Responsibilities Keep all information confidential and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within established time limits Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output to ensure accuracy Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents to ensure data completeness Apply data program techniques and procedures to maintain data integrity Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security Scan documents and print files when needed to support business operations Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
