About the Role: Data Control Technician We're seeking an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team as a Data Control Technician. Under general supervision, you'll play a crucial role in supporting both internal and external customers with data entry, aircraft records, and paperwork control. Anticipated Shift Schedules We operate on a rotating shift schedule, with two primary configurations: Wednesday-Saturday: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM Sunday-Wednesday: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM This role requires flexibility and a commitment to our operational needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities As a Data Control Technician at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Data Entry: Accurately enter data for customer routine and non-routine cards, including discrepancies and corrective actions, ensuring data integrity in both our and our customers' computer systems. Document Management: Ensure accurate accounting of documents, inter-file paperwork in various locations, and maintain sequence requirements for scanning and sending documents to customers. Scanning and Preparation: Disassemble paperwork for scanning, perform basic scanning tasks, and reassemble completed paperwork for shipping to customers. Record Preparation: Set up preliminary items for data entry and scanned records to be used throughout the check, ensuring smooth operational flow. Adaptability: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support various aspects of our operations. Qualifications and Requirements Education and Experience A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Prior computer experience and/or training is required, laying the foundation for your success in this role. Physical Effort and Dexterity The role demands a certain level of physical capability, including: Sitting, using hands and arms, talking, hearing, and focusing on objects close up for extended periods. Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as necessary. Lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The full base pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00 per hour.
