The Role
As an entry-level data analyst, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of business intelligence systems, reports, and analysis for our growing division. You will work closely with our teams to collect, collate, analyze, and report on data, providing key statistics and insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection, collation, analysis, and reporting of data to inform business decisions
Provide key statistics and insights to the business to assist in the measurement of results, identifying trends and/or patterns
Generate reports using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel
Create unique solutions to business problems using data available internally or sourcing data from external sources
Use data to support and influence critical business decisions
Work with internal teams to generate regular and ad-hoc reports that can help them with their decision making
Create and manage automated reports
What You Need to Have
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A qualification in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence liaising with various business stakeholders
Time management and prioritization skills
Numerical confidence and the ability to translate numbers into insights and action
Motivation through achieving results
A passion for data, analytics, and problem-solving
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot table, vlookup, etc.)
Exposure to SAP will be highly regarded but not essential
