What to Expect as a New CRA As a new CRA, you will embark on a journey of learning and growth, with three major milestones to achieve: Licensing Preparation : In the first months, you will prepare to become a FINRA (Registered Representative) by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by blithequark. You will have access to valuable resources, including licensing coaches and workshops, to support you every step of the way. Skill Development : In the following months, you will handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network. You will develop essential skills to provide exceptional customer service and support. Proficiency : As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center.
