Responsibilities:
ā¢ Working one-on-one with customers and clients
ā¢ Understand customer needs and quickly provide solutions
ā¢ Manage, update, and maintain customer accounts
ā¢ Create reports of all customer interactions
ā¢ Identify new business opportunities
ā¢ Supply high quality customer service
ā¢ Build the skills to increase customer loyalty
Qualifications:
ā¢ The ability to build personal relationships with customers and clients
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Team oriented
ā¢ Ability to bridge the gap between our customers and clients
ā¢ Organizational skills
Training includes:
ā¢ Product knowledge
ā¢ Marketing strategies
ā¢ Finance management
ā¢ Customer service skills
This position offers in-depth training in all areas, ensuring you are set up for success. A qualified candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing our newest business opportunities, and providing high quality service!
