Assess posts, comments, and messages for appropriateness and actionable content.
Report and document instances of policy violations, including harmful or inappropriate content.
Engage with community members to provide information about moderation practices.
Work collaboratively with the moderation team to enhance processes and share feedback.
Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and assist in evaluating content trends.
Participate in training and development sessions to learn best practices in content moderation.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining online community standards.
Good analytical skills and the ability to make clear, informed decisions.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their community guidelines is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
