• Document and report any findings of policy violations or inappropriate content.
• Provide support and guidance to community members regarding moderation processes.
• Work closely with the moderation team to optimize procedures and share insights.
• Record moderation activities accurately and help identify emerging content trends.
• Engage in training sessions to develop skills related to content moderation best practices.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• No prior experience is necessary; a willingness to learn is key.
• Strong attention to detail along with a commitment to upholding community standards.
• Analytical skills with the ability to make informed, concise decisions.
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and their community guidelines is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time efficiently.
