Entry Level Client Rep
Our team is looking to expand within the Los Angeles area and we are excited to bring on a driven Entry Level Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate for this role will be expected to deliver exceptional service to our local customers. The Entry Level Customer Support Representative will identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance regarding marketing solutions that are in the best interests of clients. The Entry Level Customer Support Representative will work collaboratively with our clients on a daily basis to provide the desired customer experience and meet overall business objectives. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative: Communicate directly with customers on a daily basis Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers Keep records of all customer interactions and completed sales Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative: High school diploma or GED (not required but is a PLUS) Experience in sales, marketing, or other customer service-related fields Able to work with both customers and team members Virtual networking events Holiday closures Individualized training Complete, in-house training will be provided for the right candidates.
