Entry-Level Client Data Specialist

Responsibilities
Ā Manage the creation and updating of client accounts.
Ā Verify and process client profile information.
Ā Handle online bidder approvals.
Ā Maintain accurate data, including mailing lists and sales tax information.
Ā Create reports, process shipping instructions, and manage client survey responses.
Ā Contribute to other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Ā A high school diploma is required.
Ā At least 2 years of experience in data entry.
Ā Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ā Excellent multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Ā A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Ā Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
