Position Summary: We are seeking caring and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and ready to make a meaningful difference each day. Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Report any changes in client condition to the care team Maintain accurate records of care provided Requirements: Current Georgia PCA certification (required) Must be at least 18 years of age Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Able to pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screen Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance Comfortable assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming) Physically able to lift 25–30 lbs Proof of TB test (or willing to obtain) Preferred: Previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or similar settings CPR/First Aid certification Why Join HomeWell: Flexible scheduling options Supportive and respectful team environment Opportunities for growth and ongoing education Join a team that cares for you, so you can care for others.
