This entry level Business Management Trainee works in a team environment and will be responsible for mapping out targets, identifying decision-makers, and closing businesses.Training for the entry level Business Management Trainee involves:Engage prospective clients and educate them on client's promotionsIdentify, qualify and manage leads through market researchBuild, maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline through direct sellingMeet and exceed monthly targetsUtilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track daily activitiesPresent our company and clients in a compelling, positive, and professional wayRequirements of the entry level Business Management Trainee:Proven ability to work independently in a team setting using established processes.
