Have the flexibility to get paid daily • Promoting from within – 95% of upper-level management started out in an entry-level position • Tuition Reimbursement • Employee Discount – 50% off most services for up to 2 vehicles • Paid vacation and holidays • Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Savings plan • Terms and conditions apply and benefits may differ depending on location Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions. • Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles. • Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention. • Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks. • Basic computer knowledge/aptitude • Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. • Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services. • Achieve SuperPro certification. • Must have reliable transportation. Essential Functions • Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers. • Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary. • Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter. • Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehicle make/model. • Able to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service. • Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline. • Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions. • Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly. • Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles. • Frequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication) • Able to work for extended periods of time with arms above your head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk. • Constantly positions self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath the vehicle. • Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds. • Able to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reach areas. • Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order. Environment • In this position you will be subject to environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside and in varying temperature conditions. • In this position you will be subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. • In this position you will be subject to hazards. Includes a variety of conditions including but not limited to proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals. • In this position you will be subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that may affect the respiratory system or skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, restricted ventilation. • In this position you will be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways such as catwalks.
