Job Overview As an Entry Level Application Administrator – Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's Beacon-to-Link migration project. Your primary responsibility will be to manually build organizations and users in Link, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry. You will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to the new application. This is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in application administration, data entry, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manually build organizations and users in Link, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry Provide excellent customer service to clients, including doctors, nurses, and other end-users, to ensure a smooth transition to the new application Work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, and to ensure a seamless transition to the new application Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, meeting the required typing skills of >40 wpm Utilize Word and Excel to perform various administrative tasks and to generate reports as needed Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives, and to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent typing skills, with a speed of >40 wpm and high accuracy Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment (English and Spanish) Proficient in Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly High school graduate or equivalent Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work Ability to work a shift that supports the division, with shifts ranging from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST Preferred Qualifications: Any tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience will be a plus Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or application administration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accurate and efficient data entry Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide support to clients in a professional and courteous manner Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
