Overview We are seeking a passionate and motivated Entry-level Animation/3D Artist to join our creative team! This exciting role focuses on creating and exporting web-ready 3D assets, such as .glb (GL Transmission Format) files and Lottie animations, that seamlessly integrate into digital platforms. Duties • Develop and animate 3D models with a focus on character animation and motion graphics using software like Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max. • Export optimized web-ready assets (.glb files for 3D models and Lottie animations for lightweight vector animations) suitable for online platforms. • Integrate animated assets into digital environments or applications using Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game engines. • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of animations within websites or apps. • Use Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere for post-production editing and enhancement of visual content. • Apply principles of color theory, typography, anatomy knowledge, and graphic design to create visually appealing assets. • Support the team in scripting (C#, Python, C++, Maya scripting) to automate workflows and enhance animation processes. Experience • Basic understanding of character animation, motion graphics, and digital art creation. • Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya or 3ds Max. • Knowledge of exporting assets in formats compatible with web applications (.glb for 3D models; Lottie for lightweight animations). • Experience with post-production tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a plus. • Exposure to game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine for asset integration is desirable. • Understanding of computer graphics principles including anatomy, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
