About the position

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating field service activities to ensure the smooth execution of requests. Efficiently manage customer service inquiries with precision and deliver service estimates or job quotations promptly. Keep customers informed by tracking ongoing work orders and providing updates through the portal or direct communication via phone or email. Utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms to manage customer data and service workflows effectively. Generate and maintain reports while balancing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage field service activities as the primary customer contact.
• Accurately intake, log, and manage customer service inquiries.
• Deliver timely service estimates or job quotations.
• Track ongoing work orders and keep customers informed through updates.
• Utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms for managing customer data and service workflows.
• Generate and maintain reports while handling multiple assignments.

Requirements
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems, particularly Navision.
• At least 1 year of experience in administration, clerical tasks, or customer support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in order processing and scheduling.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and CRM.
• Experience in project coordination and schedule planning.
• Ability to handle purchase orders and return merchandise authorizations (RMA).
