Job Title: Entry-Level Account Agent (Remote)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Entry-Level Account Agent to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, present our products or services, and help convert leads into long-term customers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Communicate with prospective and existing clients to explain products and services.
ā¢ Present company offerings in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
ā¢ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
ā¢ Manage and follow up with qualified leads provided by the company.
ā¢ Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
ā¢ Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
ā¢ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
ā¢ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Requirements:
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ā¢ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
ā¢ Ability to present information confidently and persuasively.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
ā¢ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
ā¢ Basic understanding of sales processes (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
ā¢ Ability to handle client conversations professionally and calmly under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client support.
ā¢ Experience working with CRM tools or sales platforms.
ā¢ Ability to create personalized presentations for clients.
