Entry Level ABA Behavior Technician
Job Description - Registered Behavior Technician Company Mission

The Behavior Technician reports to their assigned BCBA and Clinical Director.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
ā¢ Provide direct client care in a one-on-one settings
ā¢ Supports and implements a behavior support plans and interventions outlined by a BCBA
ā¢ Establishes and maintains a therapeutic relationship with the client by pairing themselves and engaging with the client at all times
ā¢ Teaches and reinforces socially acceptable replacement behaviors
ā¢ Facilitate independence and fade prompts as outlined by the BCBA to promote responding
ā¢ Accurately collects data including: frequency, rate, duration, ABC data, percent of opportunity, interval based recording, etc.
ā¢ Completes all required documentation and scheduling requirements
ā¢ Reports incidents as they occur and complete incident reports
ā¢ Seek appropriate support when needed from BCBA
ā¢ Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure effective treatment
ā¢ Accept feedback and support from BCBA and other clinical staff
ā¢ Conduct self in a personal manor when working with all team members, including caregivers and fellow co-workers
ā¢ Organization of clinic items and cleaning of items as needed
ā¢ Completing diaper changes and assisting in toileting routines
ā¢ Additional duties related to client services may arise
Job Qualifications:
ā¢ Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Valid driver's license
ā¢ Passion for working with children
ā¢ Openness and willingness to learn new skills
ā¢ Full-Time Availability
ā¢ Ability to lift 20+ lbs as needed
ā¢ Ability to maintain a variety of postures (sitting on floor, standing, squatting, etc.)
ā¢ Positive work ethic and willingness to receive and accept feedback
ā¢ Fluent in navigating electronic devices (tablets, computers, etc.)
ā¢ Team Player
ā¢ Ability to write clearly and effectively
ā¢ Ability to speak clearly and effectively
ā¢ A background in the field of ABA is desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 ā 40 per week
