Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the founders regarding the scalability of processes and operations within the company.
· You will actively support the founders in the operative day-to-day business in technology, product, marketing , team hiring processes.
· You will identify business growth potential and drive projects to deliver against these opportunities.
· You will launch new products and services and follow up on their performance after launch.
· You will continuously question existing structures and processes and find... solutions for them.
