Enterprise Testing & Assurance Analyst

We at PayPal are looking for a passionate and driven Enterprise Testing & Assurance Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of a variety of testing and assurance initiatives, all of which will have a direct impact on the success of PayPal’s enterprise-wide operations.The ideal candidate for this position will have a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement testing and assurance initiatives for enterprise-wide operations.
Analyze system and applications to identify areas of improvement.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain test plans and documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders.
Stay in tune with current industry best practices and technologies.
Train and mentor junior team members.
Generate reports and present results to management.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
