Enterprise Tech Solutions Sales Executive

This role is open to anyone in the US.We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Tech Solutions Sales Executive with a relentless focus on prospecting and new business development. This role is ideal for a true hunter—someone who thrives on opening doors, setting appointments, and identifying new opportunities across key mid-market and enterprise verticals, including Education, Healthcare, Municipalities, and Property Management. We are globally recognized as a single-sourced IT Solutions Provider, offering end-to-end services in digital transformation, AI, IoT, ITSM, cybersecurity, and software development.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate net new business opportunities across assigned verticals and regionsIdentify key decision-makers and initiate outreach to drive qualified discovery meetingsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accountsLead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract executionCollaborate with Claro and Hitss pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored IT solutionsPosition bundled offerings that combine digital platforms with infrastructure and cybersecurity servicesUnderstand vertical-specific business challenges and align solutions accordinglyAchieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotasMaintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline forecastingRepresent Claro and Hitss at events, trade shows, and webinars to increase market visibility
Qualifications:
5+ years of enterprise IT or SaaS sales experience, with a proven record of prospecting and winning new logo businessDemonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesExperience selling into Education, Healthcare, Public Sector, or Property Management verticalsFamiliar with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPINExperience with system integrators or managed service providers is a plusStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsFluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
