CVS Health is seeking an exceptional program manager and strategic thinker to serve as the Director, Program Management to join our Enterprise Brand Strategy team. The Enterprise Brand Strategy team is a small, high-performing group dedicated to clarifying the role of the CVS Health brand — and its portfolio of sub-brands — in an increasingly dynamic and competitive marketplace. The Director of Program Management will collaborate with team leaders and key stakeholders across CVS Health to manage timelines and milestones, ensuring the smooth delivery of intended outcomes. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of overall objectives to align stakeholders around core workstreams, critical dependencies, and timing. This role requires exceptional collaborative, communication, and leadership skills to drive alignment among senior leaders across the organization. Candidates must be able to confidently engage with senior leadership, steer high impact workstreams, and bring clarity, structure and momentum to complex programs. Key Responsibilities Support the Brand Strategy leader on structuring, managing and prioritizing ongoing work along with overall administrative support Partner closely with team leadership to drive cross-functional alignment, manage priorities, track progress, and deliver outcomes towards Enterprise goals Proactively evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, execute corrective action, and monitor issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances Oversee vendor management processes including contract scoping, deliverable oversight and integration across internal teams Manage budget tracking and proactively partner with Finance and team leadership to identify gaps or risks in allocations Required Qualifications 8+ years of program or project experience within a corporate and/or consulting firm experience Preferred Qualifications Proven experience engaging directly with senior leaders across matrixed organizations Strong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with both internal and external contributors Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to distil complexity to drive clarity Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and program management tools Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required MBA preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
