Five9 is looking for a Sales Engineer to lead and manage all aspects of the implementation of Five9’s On Demand Call Center software for our Strategic and Enterprise clients. This includes collaborating on sales proposals, providing pre-sales support to the Enterprise Sales Team, planning implementation engagements, creating project plans, understanding and defining customer requirements, implementing solutions, training customers in the use of the solution and making best practice recommendations which enable our Customers to get optimal results from their Call Center. Key Responsibilities:Implement and troubleshoot the Five9 call center software solutions in a wide array of configurations and customer environments both remotely and onsiteManage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projectsEffectively communicate plans, progress, and status to both internal and customer organizationsPartner with Account Executives to sell the Five9 solution into larger and more demanding Enterprise and Strategic companiesArticulate the value of Five9’s Implementation Services through presentations, demonstrations, and open discussion with customersContinually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organizationDevelop materials in-line with specific sales and/or services opportunity requirementsKey Qualifications:Extensive presentation experience and skills are critical (web based)Ability to deliver demos and presentations that close dealsYears of experience 8+ Years PreferredAbility to Travel (40-60%)Bilingual - French and English fluencyPreferred Experience:Contact/Call Center Software Salesforce, including web demonstrations and application integration with other softwareIVRIP Telephony (basic networking knowledge assumed)Five9 embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
