Reporting to the Enterprise Service Implementation Director - International Expansion, this full-time and permanent position is based in United States and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporate (Client Services) Department and it's growth.This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the US.Purpose of RoleThis is an exciting new role contributing to a growing service line within Vistra.A typical International Expansion (IES) client is a relatively large corporation, with its group structure forecasted to engage in additional jurisdictions. The client requires assistance in ensuring its global group is and remains compliant with local laws. The focus is on payroll, payroll compliance, corporate compliance and other such non-fiscal entity compliance and governance. Usual contact point is local service provider and onboarding manager.The implementation manager, international expansion will support the Enterprise Service Implementation Director in being part of the onboarding and operational team to service multi country clients. You will be responsible for the first 90 days of an engagement after they have completed client acceptance through preparation for business-as-usual service to commence.Key Responsibilities

Reviewing commercial and client acceptance documentation to determine the scope of onboarding required.
Serve as the subject matter expert for local jurisdiction set-up requirements to enable services to commence in each location.
Develop tailored solutions to client challenges, and working with colleagues to provide practical solutions.
Building the relationships with stakeholders, within clients, Vistra network and service providers to ensure right first time, optimum service delivery at optimal price.
Leading the implementation plan through to completion preparing the client for business-as-usual service delivery and reporting on progress to onboarding manager.
Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans updates, and risk assessments, to ensure transparency and effective knowledge transfer.
Liaise with sourcing teams to draft and execute inter group service agreements with local Vistra offices to enable services to commence whilst remaining profitability for both Vistra parties.
Completing client set up request for our central billing system to ensure set up invoices are issued in an accurate and timely manner
Managing onboarding costs across local offices or third-party providers
Facilitate data migration and system configuration, ensuring accuracy, security, and minimal disruption to client operations.
Completing handover of fully onboarded customers to the assigned enterprise service manager for ongoing service delivery.
Conduct post-implementation reviews, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement in both product and processes.
Being active in developing customer relationships and be involved in the retention of Key Account Management relationships.
Attributes/Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics for operational efforts.
Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills; adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.
High attention to detail required.
Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Relevant Experience

3-7 years relevant experience working for multi-national firms in finance, accounting, client management, and/or project management role (international, a plus).
Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree in business, finance or accounting preferred (MBA or CPA a plus)
Command of MS Office Suite, MS Project (a plus) and related IT programs. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Strong experience of having worked in global services environment and a client facing role.
Experience in managing third party service providers to deliver client requests.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.'
Addressing client escalations and identifying proposed path to resolution.
Track record of driving project timelines and delivering projects on schedule.
