Enterprise Security Specialist

Our Enterprise Security team focuses on the development and selling of our network security solutions addressing micro-segmentation, secure remote access and authentication, and DNS threat protection. These solutions are key to our customers achieving an easy-to-manage, Zero Trust infrastructure and least privilege access model. Our goal is to secure, protect and accelerate all Enterprise communication as a cloud security service. Partner with the best As an Enterprise Security Specialist for existing accounts, you will be responsible for ensuring our existing Enterprise Security and Microsegmentation customers are engaged with our products and account team, successfully using our products and solutions to meet their security goals/requirements, and ultimately renewing, and hopefully growing, their contract with us. As an Enterprise Security Specialist, you will be responsible for: Expanding contracts and licenses by enhancing solution usage and promoting additional security products to customers. Collaborating with Customer Success and account teams to identify obstacles and ensure smooth renewal processes. Gathering feedback from our customers to improve product development and customer retention. Collaborating with the Akamai account team to negotiate renewals, expand use cases, demonstrate value, and finalize paperwork. Monitoring and predicting churns, flat renewals, and upsells to internal teams using renewal business insights quarterly. Uncovering risk in accounts early and escalating risk to leadership when appropriate Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Show experience and success in a direct sales closing role, customer success role, or similar customer-facing role. Thrive in a team-oriented environment. Exhibit exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively. Have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills appropriate to both technical and business stakeholders. Demonstrate good knowledge of Internet or cloud technologies or cybersecurity concepts.
