? *About the Team**

The Enterprise Sales Manager will join a dynamic team focused on driving sales and expansion of data and application solutions at Nutanix. This team operates across the CONUS region, encompassing the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The culture emphasizes collaboration, technical expertise, and adaptability within a dispersed work environment, aiming to leverage innovative solutions to meet customer needs and accelerate business growth.

You will report to the Director of AMER Data and Apps, who is known for their supportive leadership style that encourages team autonomy while driving accountability. The work setup is fully remote, allowing for flexible hours and accommodating all required time zones in AMER. There are no specific office days required, making it easy for team members to manage their work-life balance.

The role requires travel up to 50% of the time to engage with clients and develop business opportunities, including Latin America. Familiarity with Spanish or Portuguese will be an asset, as effective communication will be essential for successful interactions in these regions, even though the majority of business will take place within the United States.
? *Your Role**

+ Manage and lead a team of five sales professionals across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, fostering a high-performance culture.

+ Drive sales strategy and execution for enterprise-level accounts within non-federal sectors, achieving assigned sales quotas.

+ Conduct regular team meetings to prioritize tasks, share updates, and ensure alignment with sales goals.

+ Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product sales and customer engagement.

+ Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

+ Regularly forecast sales performance and track team progress towards goals, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

+ Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and sales effectiveness in a remote environment.

+ Travel as needed, up to 50%, to meet clients and support business development efforts in Latin America.
? *What You Will Bring**

+ 15+ years of enterprise software sales and sales management experience, or 12+ years with an MBA or advanced degree.

+ Proven experience managing a remote sales team and driving sales strategy for enterprise-level accounts.

+ **Strong technical expertise in Kubernetes, database, virtualization and cloud coupled with superior software sales knowledge.**

+ Exceptional forecasting abilities and accuracy in sales performance metrics.

+ Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is beneficial for effective communication in Latin America.

+ Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Microsoft/Google tools.

+ Exceptional prioritization, organizational capabilities, and adaptability to handle challenges.

+ Public speaking and presentation skills to effectively communicate sales strategies and outcomes.
? *Work Arrangement**

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 245,680 and USD $ 368,520 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
