We offer high-quality psychotherapy and psychiatric services, with a strong operational infrastructure that allows clinicians to focus on meaningful client work.We are now expanding our B2B partnerships and looking for someone who can help us build relationships with:NYC-based companies (including financial services firms)Private schools and educational institutionsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly connected, relationship-driven Enterprise Partnerships Consultant to help introduce Humantold to organizations that would benefit from mental health support for their employees, students, or communities.This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who already has existing relationships and access to decision-makers and can open doors and move conversations toward signed partnerships.CompensationThis is a commission-only role, with compensation tied directly to signed contracts/partnerships.Payment is made upon execution of a signed agreementCommission structure will be discussed based on deal size and scopeNo base or hourly compensation is providedWe are open to structuring higher commission percentages for candidates with strong, relevant networks.This structure is intentional — we are looking to partner with someone confident in their ability to generate and close opportunities.What You’ll DoLeverage your existing network to introduce Humantold to:HR leaders / Heads of BenefitsSchool administrators and leadership teamsOther relevant decision-makersFacilitate warm introductions and early conversationsSupport positioning and partnership discussions as neededHelp move opportunities through to signed agreementsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong existing relationships in one or more of the following:NYC-based companies (finance, professional services, etc.)Private schools or educational institutionsExperience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise salesComfortable operating independently and owning the relationship processAble to clearly articulate value in a way that resonates with organizationsWhat Makes This a Good FitThis role is best suited for someone who:Already has access to relevant decision-makersPrefers a flexible, outcome-driven structureIs confident in their ability to generate meaningful partnershipsTo ApplyPlease include a brief note outlining:The types of organizations and decision-makers you are connected toAny relevant partnerships or deals you’ve helped facilitate
