The incumbent will be an individual contributor serving as an expert providing critical business and operational insights across our infrastructure and applications that will be used to develop tactical and strategic decisions by Datacenter Operations Management.What Youâll Do
Re-design and implement innovative solutions to support the global monitoring and alerting ecosystem.
Research and analyze key metrics to provide executive level reports for the Data Center Operations management team.
Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure their SLAs are adhered to.
Work across all Data Center Operations teams, collecting data, developing reports, and deploying actionable alerts to meet operations objectives and key business needs.

8+ years of experience in a complex IT environment
6+ years of hands-on experience in supporting IT Infrastructure operations in Cloud platform using Azure and AWS
Demonstrated experience delivering SLA and Business Intelligence reports to both internal and external clients
Experience delivery executive summaries and business intelligence reports
Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorâs Degree
In-depth knowledge and experience with major public cloud providers â Azure and AWS preferred
Experience with Infrastructure-As-Code
Experience managing and supporting Containers [Kubernetes/Docker] platforms, Software-Defined Storage, Open Compute, and Software-Defined Networking
Experience with Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environments.
Specific experience in Scaled Agile software development or other best-in-class development practices
Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and experience deploying/migrating to cloud environments
Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trend
