You have a strong sense of urgency to meet goals and you love to have fun while closing!REPORTING TO:Sr. Director of SaaS Sales, Logistics LOCATION: Chicago/Remote What you get to do: Work with existing Loadsmart partnerships to develop and execute long-term sales plans to expand Loadsmart’s revenueOwn the full sales cycle, from business case development, to deal structuring and negotiating, to closeDevelop account plans and cross-sell into a list of strategic customers, driving growth through expansion and new revenue streamsMaintain a healthy pipeline of accounts with defined success metrics to drive deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewalsResponsible for account mapping and executing effective meetings with appropriate external stakeholders to expand the customer relationshipConstantly refine sales skills with sales management and sales enablement, and seek/apply constructive feedback to improveActively share Voice of Customer insights with Product and Engineering teams to enhance value and build competitive barriersStrive to become a Subject Matter Expert on Loadsmart’s business, the competition, and the industryParticipate as an active member of the collaborative sales team and contribute to a culture of sales successConduct on-site and virtual QBRs, helping shape the future of Loadsmart’s software and customer acquisition strategies You have experience: 4–5 years of direct sales or account management experience with expansion responsibilities, consistently exceeding quota in entrepreneurial, team-oriented environments2–3 years of experience leading complex sales cycles, including negotiations with Enterprise organizationsProficient in using sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorExperience selling WMS or warehouse software services, or implementing warehouse/transportation/logistics softwareComfortable engaging with decision-makers in the logistics industry and understanding the challenges they faceStrong presentation skills, especially in in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise. In addition to your base compensation offer,this role is eligible for an incentive bonus, you will also receive stock options and benefits listed below. Additional Information
