Enterprise Applications Support Officer

American Business Bank is seeking an Enterprise Applications Support Officer to provide direct support to the SVP, Enterprise Applications Director. The role involves managing user access to key platforms and ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant application operations across the enterprise. Responsibilities Provides direct support to the SVP, Enterprise Applications Director by assisting with a wide range of tasks related to the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Bank’s core and ancillary systems Responsible for managing user access to key platforms such as ImageCentre, Digital Administration Tool (DAT), Business Service Tool (BST), and others Maintaining IBS bank control for applications including CIS, Deposits, Loans, Deposit Origination, and Service Request Manager Collaborates with the Director to deliver end-user support Participate in new product development Assist with the implementation of FIS solutions Plays a vital role in ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant application operations across the enterprise Skills Direct support experience to senior management, specifically in enterprise applications Experience with administration, maintenance, and optimization of core and ancillary systems Ability to manage user access to key platforms such as ImageCentre, Digital Administration Tool (DAT), Business Service Tool (BST), and others Experience maintaining IBS bank control for applications including CIS, Deposits, Loans, Deposit Origination, and Service Request Manager Collaboration skills to work with the Director to deliver end-user support Participation in new product development Assistance with the implementation of FIS solutions Understanding of secure, efficient, and compliant application operations Benefits Hybrid Eligibility: Yes Company Overview American Business Bank is a California-based business bank for middle market companies.
