Requirements:
- 4+ years of being in the earned wage access industry
- Proven track record selling to enterprise-level merchants (5,000 employees+ size companies) is a REQUIREMENT
- Strong payroll/earned wage access/employee benefits background (within in payments is a plus!)
- Proven track record in lead generation, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing deals in enterprise sectors
- Consistent top 10% achiever, exceeding quotas
