Enrollment Specialist Medicare/Healthcare/Pharmacy (Call Center Support - NO SALES CALLS)
Role Overview:
You will be the go-to person when our call center experiences a collapse or overload, stepping in to help keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in the Medicare/senior market along with a strong background in healthcare or insurance. In this role, you will ensure that new members are welcomed, healthcare provider issues are quickly resolved, and all enrollment transactions are accurately processed.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and Onboarding:
Make welcome calls to new members to introduce our services, confirm their information, and set expectations.
Provider Communication:
Call healthcare providers to help resolve issues for specific clientsensuring that any discrepancies or queries are addressed promptly.
Client Enrollment:
Enroll new clients who are referred by the sales team; verify their documentation and complete all necessary data entry tasks.
Data Management:
Enter and update enrollment information in our system with a high level of accuracy.
Live Chat Support:
Text messages and emails with clients during the working hours
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience in Medicare/Insurance enrollment and in working within the senior healthcare market.
Prior experience as a Senior Enrollment Specialist or a similar role where handling Medicare transactions and data entry was a core responsibility.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage with members and healthcare providers.
Strong data entry and organizational skills, ensuring that every detail is accurate.
Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt quickly to operational demands.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with call center software and enrollment systems is required. Prior experience with our proprietary platform (TPRx, see below) is a significant plus.
