Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery-related issues.
Troubleshoot technical issues customers may encounter while using online platforms.
Escalate complex customer issues to appropriate departments for further assistance.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and help enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
Have a PC laptop or computer, hardwired internet, and USB headset or be willing to obtain these items. Financing options are available.
Have a clean background check and live in the United States with the exception of: California, New York, Colorado, Washington, Wisconsin, Oregon, Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Minnesota,and Illinois. These states are not eligible to service our clients.
Flexibility to work at least 15 hours per week for work.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of performance while working remotely.
