About This Role: We're seeking passionate educators to lead ELA Lab classes for high school students during the upcoming Academic Year (2025–2026). These small-group, intervention-based classes are designed for students who are behind in reading and writing. Ideal candidates have experience in literacy instruction, are familiar with structured reading programs, and preferably have training in or are open to learning the Lindamood-Bell methodology. You'll help students strengthen decoding, comprehension, and writing skills in a focused, nurturing environment. Location: This role will be in-person at one of our partner schools in Brooklyn, NY. Most of our partners are Jewish, single-gender schools. Hours: Monday - Thursday : 1:05 PM - 4:50 PM Requirements: • Charismatic, positive personality • Strong interest in literacy education and helping students grow • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Experience in reading intervention or ELA instruction (preferred) • Familiarity with Lindamood-Bell programs or willingness to train • 1–2 years of teaching experience Salary: $28,000/hr Apply today and help students rediscover the power of language with Revolution Learning!
