English Instructor (Remote) For High School Student - High Level Class
A ONE INSTITUTE - a fast-growing test-prep and enrichment academy in Ridgefield Park, NJ - seeks two exceptional instructors to join our elite faculty. The positions can be performed remotely from any location. TERMS & CONDITIONS: • Work Location 65 Challenger Rd, Suite 201, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660. • Work Schedule: • Summer (June - August): Tue-Fri 1:45 PM - 10:30 PM; Sat 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM. • Academic Year: Tue-Fri 1:45 PM - 10:30 PM; Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM. • Interview Final-round candidates deliver a 20-minute live teaching demo. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. • At least one year of classroom or small-group teaching experience (test-prep preferred). • Engaging, student-centered communication style. • Legal authorization to work in the United States and reliable daily commute. • Professionalism, punctuality, and collaborative spirit. POSITION: ENGLISH INSTRUCTOR (1) Primary Responsibilities: • Teach SAT®/ACT® Reading, Writing & Language classes. • Lead writing-competition workshops (John Locke Essay Competition, The Concord Review, Harvard International Review, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: • Personal awards or documented student wins in major writing competitions. • Expert command of SAT Writing & Language, ACT English, and rhetorical analysis. • Experience scripting and presenting high-quality educational video content.
