Job Summary:
We are looking for English tutors for High School English, Elementary School Language Arts, Essay writing, SAT/ACT exam prep, TOEFL exam prep, or assisting ELL learners who are new to the United States.
We match our tutors and students together carefully. This is a 'feel good' job. Students gain confidence and they are grateful and appreciative.
Responsibilities:
• Assessing student's needs and developing a plan to help them succeed
• Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation and assignments.
• Teaching skills to improve academic performance, including study strategies, note-taking skills, and approaches to answering test questions
• Providing students with positive and constructive feedback
• Offering feedback on progress to students' parents
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
