The Mood Company is seeking passionate and energetic ESL Teachers to join our global team. In this role, you will work primarily with students in East Asia, helping them build confidence and fluency through engaging sessions and live broadcasts.
Core Responsibilities
• Interactive Instruction: Deliver high-quality ESL lessons to learners across East Asia.
• Live Broadcasting: Conduct livestream classes with a professional on-camera presence and high student engagement.
• Cultural Competency: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our international student body.
• Progress Tracking: Provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their fluency goals.
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required).
• Language Skills: Mastery of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills (C2 level or equivalent).
• Scheduling: Ability to work during peak hours for KST, JST, and CST time zones.
• Technical: Comfort with remote teaching platforms and appearing on camera for live broadcasts.
• Vibe: A genuine desire to help students succeed with a "can-do," enthusiastic approach.
