Role Overview

As an Engineering Program Management Intern at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in driving project execution, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating project status and issues. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project plans, schedules, and budgets. Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Execution: Define project plans, schedules, and budgets, and drive project execution to ensure timely completion and delivery of high-quality products and services.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities, ensuring tight team coordination and communication.
Communication and Presentation: Develop strong presentation and communication skills to effectively communicate project status, issues, and technical information to stakeholders.
Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently.
Budgeting and Resource Management: Lead development budgets and engineering builds, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.


Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


Bachelor's or Master's degree: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering principles, technologies, and tools, including hardware, software, and artificial intelligence.
Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
