Parafin is a Series C company, and we have raised more than $194M in equity and $340M in debt facilities.Join us in creating a future where every small business has the financial tools they need.About the PositionWe are hiring an engineering manager to lead a full-stack team of engineers building our core lending products: loans, merchant cash advances, and new capital products for small businesses. This team owns product state and applications, merchant experiences, and product growth. You will be responsible for scaling our backend platform and team as Parafin launches new products and partnerships at high velocity!What You’ll Be Doing:Manage and develop a high-performing full-stack product team with a broad impactOwn the technical vision for providing seamless experiences and making complex financial products understandable to small businessesOwn the technical roadmap for building new products and features.
