Engineering Manager - Healthcare AI

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with Healthcare AI experience to lead and scale a cross-functional engineering team comprising Developers, QA Engineers, and Data Engineers.This role requires a strong technical leader who understands AI-driven healthcare platforms, clinical workflows, integrations with health systems, and enterprise SaaS environments.
