Engineering Manager - AI (US)

You will manage a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists, driving the end-to-end delivery of scalable AI solutions that optimize omnichannel fulfillment and operational efficiency. Most Important
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (Software, Data Science, ML) of 5+ members.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML products from experimentation to production in a product-focused environment.
• Strong ability to drive sprint planning, establish delivery visibility, and balance innovation with pragmatic execution.
• Sufficient technical depth to guide architectural decisions, evaluate MLOps trade-offs, and mentor engineers.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management to prioritize roadmaps and define success metrics for AI initiatives.

• Salary: max. USD 215k/ year
Nice to Have
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or operations-heavy industries.
• Familiarity with Elixir or TypeScript, which form the core of our technical stack.
• Understanding of AI applications within B2B or enterprise contexts.
