Engineering Lead- Framework Data Operations

We are looking for an experienced and driven Engineering Lead- Framework Data Operations to join our team at HubSpot. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to build and maintain HubSpot’s data operations framework. This is a great opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team to contribute to HubSpot’s success.To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in leading engineering teams, with at least 5+ years of experience in software development. You should also have a strong background in building and managing data operations frameworks. Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to engineers on the team. Identify areas of improvement and suggest changes to existing processes. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure data operations framework meets the needs of the business. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful completion of projects. Analyze data and provide insights to help improve the data operations framework. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the data operations framework.
