You’ll be the architect behind the MVP and will operate like a startup CTO, working closely with product and design from day one. If you’re excited about abstracting Web3 complexity to unlock everyday utility to payments, yield, programmable flows then this is your moment to build from zero.Your ResponsibilitiesArchitect applications using React Native for multi-platform deploymentIntegrate partner infrastructure such as Crossmint or Privvy for wallet services, KYC, on/off ramps, and programmable flowsDefine engineering best practices that balance performance, modularity, and compliance readinessTranslate product milestones into technical roadmaps and development sprintsCollaborate tightly with product and design to turn financial UX into robust, scalable codeHire and mentor early engineers, setting the technical culture for a lean but high-caliber teamWhat You’ll Need6+ years of experience developing production applications, preferably in fintech or crypto domainsProven React Native expertise, with the ability to own end-to-end mobile architectureExperience building API-integrated apps or financial interfaces such as wallets or programmable money flowsFamiliarity with KYC/AML processes, payments, FX, or yield-generating protocolsTrack record of launching early-stage products from 0→1 in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience leading engineering teams or founding technical projectsExcitement for building compliant fintech products in emerging marketsPolygon Labs PerksThe goal of the Polygon Labs total rewards program is to support the health and well-being of you and your family.
