Engineer/Engineer Associate - Mechanical

They are seeking an Engineer/Engineer Associate to assist with planning studies and project design, focusing on maintenance and improvement projects within the mechanical engineering domain. Responsibilities Assist with planning studies, project design and maintenance improvement projects from conception through construction Analyze routine technical, engineering and operational problems Collect data through field observation/measurement, laboratory use, and other forms of research and analyses Assist with the preparation of planning studies, contract plans and specifications. Coordinate construction inspection and contract administration Analyze and gather data to assist identifying engineering and planning problems Perform investigations, calculations and sketches necessary to complete planning studies, finished designs and construction specifications on less complex projects Perform related work as required Manage and complete planning studies, project design of capital and maintenance improvement projects from conception through construction Identify and analyze routine and complex technical, engineering and operational problems. Review and perform related studies, calculations and sketches Coordinate and collect data through field observation/measurement, laboratory use, and other forms of research and analyses Review, plan, and perform pricing and costing activities, quantity takeoffs/estimates, assembles, and checks data Review and prepare planning studies, contract plans and specifications.
