You’ll serve as a strategic partner to these Owners — helping them launch new solutions, unlock operational efficiencies, and identify opportunities to drive value across their portfolios.This role is ideal for someone excited to build. You’ll help define what our customer coverage model looks like for ownership groups — developing, testing, and refining playbooks to drive scalable engagement and long-term growth. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, customer relationships, and execution.Key Responsibilities Lead Owners through implementation and onboarding to ensure a fast, smooth ramp. You’ll tailor training sessions, field strategic questions, and align on how EliseAI drives NOIManage a portfolio of Owner accounts and proactively identify ways to grow product adoption, expand use cases, and strengthen ROIBuild and refine repeatable processes to deliver high-quality service and engagement at scale, helping us define what success looks like across different Owner profilesRun high-impact conversations that connect our product performance to each Owner’s broader investment goalsMonitor usage trends, performance benchmarks, and portfolio-level insights to surface opportunities and risksShare feedback and insights with our Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on Owner needsAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirements2+ years of experience in consulting, finance (investment banking, real estate private equity, investor relations), or customer-facing roles at a SaaS companyStrong business acumen and ability to engage with analytically-minded customers who care about outcomesExcited by ambiguity and energized by the opportunity to build from scratchExcellent communicator — able to distill complex topics and make them actionableComfortable with data — both in analyzing it and presenting it to executive-level stakeholdersKnowledge of SaaS, APIs, or real estate tech workflows is a plusWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and commission for the TCSM role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
