You will move our customers' key initiatives from concept to implementation, solving problems and delivering exceptional satisfaction.As an Engagement Manager II, you will be responsible for:

Owning program management and being the trusted advisor that helps customers get the most value out of solutions.
Architecting and managing the web performance, cloud computing and security solutions.
Defining an account strategy, establishing key relationships, and building and maintaining a project pipeline.
Leading a cross functional team and developing a culture of excellence to empower and encourage team synergy.
Partnering with sales and pre-sales to help expand the use of services and solutions.
Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:

Have 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or its equivalent
Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role and an understanding of the consulting process to ensure customer success
Have experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully
Be knowledgeable on Devops, web development, web performance such as HTTPS, DNS
Have familiarity with security technologies, with basic knowledge of methods used to protect data, applications, and infrastructure
Be familiar with compute technologies, with basic knowledge and skills to design, implement, and manage cloud-based systems
Have excellent communication and presentation skills and articulate technical information in an easy to understand manner
Be a team player with an ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

The base salary for this position ranges from $108,900 - $226,100/year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
