Summary This individual will serve as the senior engagement delivery resource for large, complex healthcare solution engagements. Your role in our mission Cultivate highly functioning teams comprised of Gainwell Technologies, vendor, and client resources. Day-to-day client point of contact, working with engagement managers to ensure successful delivery. Develop strong client relationships: Communicate with and connect with a variety of client stakeholders, from IT professionals to corporate communications, to senior executives and Participate in client engagement meetings (including Steering Committee) to set client expectations and address issue and resolution management. Apply project management industry best practices (PMBOK) throughout Initiate, Plan, Execute and Control, and Closeout phases: Establish engagement plans (e.g. schedule, scope, budget, quality and staff management), Confirm overall estimates of the effort / resource requirements / schedule, Monitor performance and report engagement metrics, Provide feedback and corrective actions, and Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction. Lead system development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, applying experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies. Assist with business development efforts from a delivery perspective, including risk assessment/risk mitigation efforts during the proposal process. Oversees business activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members. Mentor and provide solutions delivery expertise to less experienced team member. What we’re looking for More than 15 years of overall IT experience – including at least 5 years of demonstrated successful management and delivery of large-scale enterprise healthcare solutions. Medicaid or the healthcare industry experience, including subject matter expertise on State and Federal regulations and policies. Proven track record delivering large, complex IT engagements with budget responsibility between $10-50 million annually and client relationships ranging from $50-500 million (total contract value). Proven track record managing customer relationships and working with executives, key business stakeholders, and decision makers. Advanced knowledge of program and project management discipline including risk and quality management practices in waterfall and agile delivery. Expertise in contract management, engagement reviews, negotiations and change management. What you should expect in this role This opportunity is 100% remote within the continental United States with opportunity to travel to office and client sites up to 30% annually. The pay range for this position is $127,400.00 – $182,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
