Position Overview: ENERGY SERVICES DATA ENTRY CLERK - REMOTE | WFH

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. Key Responsibilities:


Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
Email and Document Management: Monitor emails, log documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
File Organization and Maintenance: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
Administrative Support: Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
Remote Work and Availability: Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
Training and Development: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings, and participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
Confidentiality and Data Security: Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.


Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
Additional Qualifications: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
