Encompass Senior Program Manager - Remote
Job Description
Program Manage end-to-end delivery of ICE TPO Connect for the TPO channel (Delegated Correspondent) integrated with Encompass. You'll lead, design, integration, testing, partner onboarding, and go-live/hypercare, driving measurable improvements in purchase cycle time, loan quality, and partner experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
ā¢ Program Leadership
ā¢ Build and run the master plan
ā¢ Drive cross-functional execution across Ops, Secondary/Capital Markets, Compliance/QC, IT/Security, and Vendor teams.
ā¢ Discovery & Design
ā¢ Map current/future-state workflows for Delegated Correspondent (loan delivery, purchase review, funding).
ā¢ Define portal roles, access, SLAs, statuses, and conditions aligned to investor policies.
ā¢ Platform Configuration & Integration
ā¢ Oversee TPO Connect configuration (branding, roles, workflows, document intake).
ā¢ Direct Encompass integrations (field mapping, status orchestration, conditions automation, pipeline views).
ā¢ Coordinate PPE (e.g., Optimal Blue), AUS (DU/LPA), ICE Mortgage Analyzers/Document Manager, eClose/eVault, Data Connect, SSO/IdP, SFTP/API connections.
ā¢ Ensure MISMO 3.4 data/package, stacking order, purchase advice, and warehouse payoff flows.
ā¢ Plan phased rollout and hypercare; transition to BAU with clear playbooks.
ā¢ Measurement & Continuous Improvement
ā¢ Instrument KPIs; run analytics on pass rates, exception trends, and turn times; execute optimization sprints.

ā¢ 7ā10 years in mortgage technology program/project management, with 3+ years leading Encompass initiatives.
ā¢ Hands-on delivery experience with ICE TPO Connect (or equivalent TPO portals) for Wholesale and/or Delegated Correspondent.
ā¢ Strong understanding of Encompass Admin/EPC/Ellie Mae APIs, condition frameworks, pipeline/status design, personas, and security.
ā¢ Proven integration leadership across PPE (Optimal Blue), AUS (DU/LPA), MISMO 3.4, Document Manager/Analyzers, eClose/eVault, Data Connect/BI, SSO/IdP.
ā¢ Depth in investor delivery/purchase workflows, purchase review, purchase advice, and warehouse funding/payoff.
ā¢ Expertise running Agile/Hybrid programs (Jira/Confluence), vendor management, and executive stakeholder management.
ā¢ Exceptional communication, requirements grooming, and risk/change control skills.
